CNC Machines Running Around the Clock

With multiple robot-part projects moving through production at the same time, our CNC machines have been running continuously to keep up with the production schedule.

Our machining team is currently working with materials such as 6061 and 7075 aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and engineering plastics, depending on the application and drawing requirements.

For complex robot components, our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining capabilities allow us to manufacture parts with multi-sided features, precision bores, threaded holes, mounting surfaces, and complex contours in a controlled production process.

From Prototype Parts to Production Orders

Robot components often require more than simply machining a shape according to a drawing. Critical dimensions such as bearing seats, shaft holes, mounting interfaces, concentricity, and flatness can directly affect the performance of the final robotic assembly.

Our production process therefore includes:

  • CNC milling and turning
  • 3-axis and 5-axis machining
  • Precision drilling and tapping
  • Deburring and edge finishing
  • Dimensional inspection
  • Surface finishing and anodizing
  • Assembly support when required

For repeat production, machining parameters and inspection procedures are controlled to maintain consistency from batch to batch.

A Busy Workshop Is a Good Sign

Seeing rows of robot components waiting for machining, inspection, and finishing is becoming a regular scene in our workshop.

For us, the busy production floor represents more than just a full schedule. It reflects the increasing demand for precision manufacturing in robotics, especially as more companies move from prototype development toward pilot production and mass production.

We are continuing to expand our machining capacity and optimize production scheduling to support both prototype quantities and larger-volume robot component orders.

If you are developing a robot, actuator, robotic arm, humanoid robot, or other automation equipment and need a reliable manufacturing partner for precision parts, send us your 3D files or drawings.

Our engineering team can review the design, recommend suitable materials and machining processes, and provide a quotation for your project.
