Verifies Component Quality Before Parts Leave Our Facility
At Shenzhen Jingcheng Dingyi Precision Manufacturing, quality inspection is an important part of our CNC machining process. Before precision components leave our facility, our team checks the finished parts against the customer's drawings and technical requirements.
For CNC machined aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper and other metal components, dimensional consistency can directly affect assembly and final product performance. Our inspection process therefore focuses on critical dimensions, hole positions, threads, surface condition and other features specified by the customer.
During production, machinists and quality personnel work together to monitor key dimensions and machining conditions. After machining is completed, finished components are inspected using appropriate measuring equipment to verify that the parts meet the required specifications.
For complex 3-axis and 5-axis machined components, inspection can be particularly important because multiple surfaces, angled features and precision hole relationships may need to be controlled at the same time. Our team pays close attention to these critical areas before parts are packed for shipment.
Surface quality is also checked during final inspection. Depending on the material, machining process and customer requirements, parts may require deburring, cleaning or specified surface finishing before delivery.
Our goal is straightforward: do not send a part simply because machining is complete. Send it after the required quality checks have been completed.
With CNC machining capabilities covering prototypes, single-piece components and low-volume production, Jingcheng Dingyi works with customers in robotics, medical devices, automation, aerospace and other precision manufacturing applications.
If you have a CNC machining project that requires dimensional control and inspection before shipment, send us your drawings or 3D files for technical review.
