Jingcheng Precision Inspection Process
For CNC machining, producing a part is only one part of the job. Making sure it matches the customer's drawing is equally important.
At Jingcheng, inspection starts with the customer's drawings and machining requirements. Our team identifies critical dimensions, tolerances, holes, threads, and other features that need to be controlled during production.
Depending on the part and its requirements, we use suitable measuring equipment such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gauges, and other precision inspection instruments. For complex parts or critical dimensions, more detailed measurement methods can be applied.
Inspection is carried out at different stages of production rather than waiting until the end. In-process checks help identify dimensional issues early, while final inspection confirms the finished parts before shipment.
We pay particular attention to critical dimensions, part appearance, surface condition, and consistency between batches.
For prototype and low-volume CNC projects, customers can also specify critical dimensions or inspection requirements when sending their drawings.
