From Prototype to Production

03 - Mold Manufacturing

04 - Trial Molding
Initial samples are produced to evaluate dimensions, appearance, assembly, and molding performance.

05 - Production
After sample approval, the mold enters repeat production under controlled molding parameters.

06 - Inspection & Delivery
Finished parts are inspected according to the agreed quality requirements before packing and shipment.
