We handle CNC lathe machining for parts that need reliable roundness and consistent dimensions. This usually includes shafts, sleeves, threaded components, and other rotational parts used in machinery and automation systems.

Material behavior is something we pay attention to. Some alloy steels can move slightly after machining, and plastics can deform if not handled properly. For that reason, we sometimes do pre-treatment, like stress relief for metals or drying for certain plastics, especially on tighter tolerance parts.

Lead time depends on the part. Simple prototypes are usually done within a few days. Small batches take a bit longer, but we try to keep things flexible. If the drawing includes features that are not ideal for turning-like deep undercuts-we usually point that out early and suggest small changes.

For quality control, we check key dimensions during and after machining. Critical parts may go through CMM inspection. For repeat orders, we keep machining notes, including tooling and parameters, so the next batch doesn't start from scratch.
